Orders normally ship within 24 hours (except on weekends). We ship by UPS or USPS, depending on the final destination and the weight of the package
US: 3-5 days
International: 5 or more days

How much does shipping cost?
There is no cost to ship the Starter Kit domestically. Shipping of other products within the US depends on the destination and weight. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $30. Shipping outside the US (except Canada) is a flat rate of $65.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, all Canadian orders are shipped within 5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most international countries. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Shipping is calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
The Starter Kit has a 30-day guarantee where we will refund the purchase price for any reason, however, the rest of our products are considered personal hygiene care and not eligible for returns. (We do not pay for return shipping costs of the Starter Kit.)
